Bars & Rings

It has been said that the gymnastics rings are perhaps the best tool for developing upper body strength… This workshop will explore upper body power training in various gymnastics/calisthenics related positions using both rings and parallel bars. This workshop is for anyone who ever wanted to know how to train to be able to perform moves like a plank, maltese, iron cross or press to handstand on bars. We will ramp up the intensity, often in partners, balancing muscle antagonists for joint safety and working towards generating dynamic full body power and control.
