Workshop – Introduction to Hand-to-hand

For lovers of balances and group acrobatics! We will explore two-person and group lifts, both static and dynamic movements, all while incorporating exercises aimed at strengthening and improving the understanding of these movements. Starting with foundational movements such as two-person columns and various ground-based lifts, we will progressively and safely advance towards different high hand-to-hand movements.
