Zero to Hero
A 3-month specialized program to go from beginner to a performance-ready aerial artist.
Train with structure, choose your apparatus, build real skills, and prepare for a possible Playnight performance.
Start from zero. Build toward the stage.
ZERO TO HERO is a progressive program designed for adults who want to start aerial training, even with absolutely no prior experience.
Choose your main apparatus — aerial hoop (Lyra), hammock, silks, or trapeze — and progress with a coach who guides you through technique, conditioning, fluidity, and performance preparation.
The goal is not just to train. The goal is to transform you into someone who can truly perform on stage at Playnight (if you choose to!).
Focused progression with a clear result.
A 1.5-hour coached session every week.
Up to two extra practice sessions weekly.
