ONE PROJECT. ONE GOAL.

Build your press to handstand.

The Press Project breaks the movement into the qualities that actually make it work: compression, mobility, shoulder strength, weight transfer and handstand control.

Instead of endlessly repeating full attempts, train the weaknesses holding your press back and progressively connect everything into one movement.
