FLIP MASTERS
A specialized program dedicated entirely to flips. More focused training, more repetitions and structured progressions to develop technique, power, aerial awareness and confidence.
Because here, we train flips.
Our regular AcroKids and AcroTeens classes develop a broader range of skills by combining parkour and acrobatics. Flip Masters is different: this program is specifically designed for young athletes who want to spend more time developing their flips.
Each session uses technical drills, progressions, coached repetitions and targeted physical preparation to develop stronger, cleaner and increasingly independent flipping skills.
Three groups. One goal: better flips.
Groups are organized by age and level so each young athlete can work through appropriate progressions.
